Petitioner Is requesting a refund on the basis that two of the decedent's assets
were reported at Incorrect values,
Petitioner has submitted evidence that the decedent's 1/4 share of the estate of
WIlliam O'Neil, reported as item #5 of Schedule E, was actually received In the amount
of $93,720.00 and that the decedent's 1/4 share of a trust establlshEld by William
O'Neil, reported as item #6 of Schedule E, actually had a value of $233,276,25,
Correction to the values of these items will reduce the total for Schedule E by
$59,163,70 to $385,771.54 and the net taxable estate to $378,677.73. The
overpayment of $3,410.86 results from the fOlloWing computation:
$22,720,66 tax at 6% on $378,677.73
