this to be my Last Will and Testament,' hereby revoking any and
all Wi11s by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I - I hereby direct my hereinafter named Personal Rep-
resentative to pay all of my just debts, funoral expenses, estate
and inheritance taxes as soon after my death as may be found oon-
