LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Calvin Phillip Mitchell, Sr., of West pennsboro Township,
Cumberland COlmty, Pennl'lylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, declare the following to be my last will
and testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by
me.
Item I. I bequeath the balance in my savings account at PNC
Bank to my daughter, Sheila Nance.
Item II. I direQt that my large Cub Cadet Tractor and its
accessories be sold for a price not less than $5,500. The proceeds
of the sale of this tractor and accessories is hereby bequeathed to
my son, Jack Mitchell.
Item III. I direct that all my tools with the exception of a
small amount that my wife, Eva Mitchell might want to have, be
sold. The proceeds of the sale of my tools is to be divided
equally between my daughter, Sheila Nance I my granddaughter,
Sherean Nancel and my son, Jack Mitchell.
Item IV. I appoint my daughter, Sheila NanCe as guardian of my
granddaughter, Shereen Nance, with the direction that the money be
kept for Shereen at interest until she reaches 18 years of age.
