ELINOR R. SAMPSON
I, ELINOR R. SAMPSON, a resident of Minneola, Lake
Coun~y, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
but mindful of the uncertainties of this frail and transitory
life, do her.eby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, expressly revolting any and all wills and
Codicils by me heretofore made.
ARTICLE I
1. direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my death as may be reasonably convenient.
ARTICLE II
All the rest/ rel'Jidue and remainder of my estate, of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and be-
queath unto my beloved husband, FRANK H. SAMPSON, to be his
absolutely.
ARTICLE III
In the event my beloved husband prodeceases me, or dies
as a result of a common disaster, then and in such event, I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate, of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate to my daughter, LAURA A. PHELPS, to be hers
absolutely and per stirpes.
ARTICLE IV
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,
FRANK H. SAMPSON, to be Executor of this my Last will and Testa-
ment. In the event my husband should predecease me or fail to
qualify, I nominate my daughter, r~URA A. PHELPS, to serve as

I am in receipt of your correspondence date July 8, 1996 requesting
information on the status of the estate administration for the
above referenced individual. I would like to report the following:
Please be advised, that all assets and personal property held in
the estate of Elinor R. Sampson have been distributed pursuant to
the Decedent's request on file in your office. The administration
of the estate was completed prior to December 31, 1994. The sole
beneficiary was Ms. Laura A. Phelps, daughter.
The Inheritance Tax Return required by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania has been filed and was accepted on May 5, 1995. To
my knowledge, no other assets and/or property remain in the estate.
