County, Pennsylvania, maker publish and deolare this as and for my

Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRS~: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
inoluding any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, as follows:
(A) Thirty (30%) percent thereof to my sister-in-law,
MARY ELLEN WEAVER, of 3761 Brisbane street, Harrisburg, Pennsyl-
vania.
(B) Thirty (30%) percent thereof to my niece, CHRISTINA
K. DiDONATO, of 561 S. otis, Lakewood, Colorado.
(C) Thirty (30%) percent thereof to my nephew. KEITH A.

KEMMERER, of 1022 S. Yampa street, Aurora, Colorado.
(0) Ten (10%) percent thereof to my sister, JEANNE H.
WINN, of 3244 Green street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
SECONQ: Should any of the individuals named in Clause
FIRS~ hereinabove predecease mer I direct. that the bequest and
gift specifically set forth herein for their benefit lapse with
said share or shares being added proportionally to the share or
shares of the surviving residuary beneficiaries,
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by law
and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the folltlwing powers / appl icable t.o all property,
exercisable without court approval and effective until actual
distribution of all pt'operty:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease, for

improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to impose or
extinguish restriotions on real estate.

abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, inoluding
stocks, oommon truot funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as arB deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not neoessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
laws.

aries in cash or in kind or partly in eaoh.
(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,

fer, suooession and death taxes, of an~ kind whatsoever,whioh may
be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respeot to
property passing under this will, shall be paid out of the prinoi-
pal of my residuary estate.
~IFTH: All interests hereunder, whether prinoipal or
inoome, whioh are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduoiaries aoting hereunder, even though vested or distdbutable,
shall not be subjeot to attaohment, exeoution or sequestration for
any debt, oontraot, obligation or liability of any benefioiary,
and furthermore, shall not be subjeot to pledge, assignment,
oonveyance or anticipation.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint my brother-in-law,
RICHARD W. WINN, of 3244 Green Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania,
Executor of this, my Last Will and Testamont. In the event of the
death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason whatsoever
of the said RICHARD W. WINN, I nominate and appoint my sister,
JEANNE H. WINN, Exeoutrix of this, my Last will and Testament. I
direot that my Exeoutor or Executrix, as the case may be, and
their successors, shall not be required to post seourity or a bond
for the performanoe of their duties in any jurisdiotion.
