I, MARIE F. RICE, of Country Meadows, 355 sportinq Hill Road,
Mechanicsburg, County of Cumberland and commonwealth of
pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make and pUblish this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my
legally enforceable debts, funeral expenses, administration
expenses and inheritance, estate, succession or excise taxes which
I owe or may become due on account of my death, as soon as may be
convenient after my decease.
SECOND: I give and bequeath to JOHN R. and ANN FRANKEBERGER
the sum of mon~y which will equal the amounts of money that JOHN R.
and ANN FRANKEBERGER have paid to country Meadows, located at 355
Sporting Hill Road, in conjunction with my residency at country
Meadows. JOHN R. and ANN FRANKENBERGER have agreed to pay to
country Meadows One Thousand Dollars <$1,000.001 per month for my
room and board and I have agreed and I direct that my Executor
reimburse JOHN R. and ANN FRANKE BERGER the total amount that JOHN
R. and ANN FRANKEBERGER have paid to Country Meadows. In addition
to repaying the sums of money advanced by JOHN R. and ANN
FRANKBBERGER, I direct that interest be also paid to JOHN R. and
ANN FRANKEBERGER at rate of 7.5%. In the event either JOHK R. or
ANN FRANKEBERGER would predecease me, I direct that this bequest
pass to the survivor of the two of them.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest of my
property, be it real, personal or mixed, whatsoever and
wheresoever, the same may be situate at the time of my death to my
daughter, PATRICIA ANN RUTTON.
