This letter is to address the Petition of Beverly Enterprises Pennsylvania, Inc. d/b/ a Beverly
Health Care-Camp Hill to assign Letters of Administration for the Estate of Charles N. Strawser
to Shaun E. O'Toole, Esq.
As stated in the Petition for Citation the petitioner desires to have Shaun E. O'Toole, Esq.
appointed by the Court to administer the Estate of Charles N. Strawser for the purpose of paying
all debts owed by Decedent, Qualifying the Decedent for Medicaid benefits, and distributing the
balance of the estate pursuant to the interstate laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We have spoken with a representative of Beverly Health Care, Northeast Billing Office on
February 15,2007 in regards to the status of this case and have learned and are assured that all
required documentation has been received, the application for Medicaid benefits has been
accepted, and that all debts currently owed by the Decedent to Petitioner will be paid. Any debt
owed to Petitioner but not covered by Medicaid stand ready for payment upon proper notice of
amount due. All other debts have been resolved and the remainder the estate will remain with his
wife Jean R. Strawser.
Therefore, we request that the court not issue these Letters of Administration as all issues of
concern to the Petitioner have been properly resolved.
We acknowledge and regret the extended time frame on this application and appreciate Beverly
Enterprises' willingness, along with the willingness of Cumberland County Boar<i0f-Assistan~e,
to work with us on gaining access to the necessary and required documents. '-:=
