I, MILDRED SAXON, of Camp Hili, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
as and for my Last WiJI and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former WlIIs, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made,
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Execntor or Executrix, hereinafter
named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance,
Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate,
SECOND: I hereby give and specifically bequeath the following items:
A. To my Beloved Son, B, Ronald Saxon, I give all my electronic
equipment owned by me at the time of my death, including, but not limited to, televisions,
Radios, VCRs, Stereos and the like,
B, To my Beloved Daughter-In-law, Sonia Saxon, I give the
following items of jewelry:
1. My large cluster diamond ring In the shape of II Star
of David;
2, My small cluster diamond necklace;
3, and during my lifetime, I acknowledge that I have
already given her a pair of diamond earrings, a pink gold diamond pinky ring, and a gold
bracelet,
C. To my Beloved Daughter, Marilyn Saxon Pipkin, I give all my
clothing and furs (which my be in cold storage at Muscalus Furs) owned by me at the time
of my death and whatever vehicles I own at the time of my death, I also give all my gold
jewelry and diamond jewelry and china, silver and brie-a-brae owned at the time of my death
except for those items which are enumerated above that I give to my beloved Daughter.in-
law, Sonia Saxon,
D, I give the sum of $2,000,00 each to my wonderful and beloved
grandchildren, Julie Saxon, Gillad Saxon, Jonathan Pipkin, and Erica Pipkin,
TIlIRD:
Ail the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be it real,
. personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and
bequeath to my beloved children, B. Ronald Saxon and Marilyn Saxon Pipkin in equal
shares, and if either of them does not survive me then by a period of at least thirty (30)
days, then I direct that their share be distributed to their surviving children, per capita, This

I, MILDRED SAXON, of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
formor Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor or Executrix, hereinafter
named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance,
Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I hereby give and specifically bequeath the following items:
A. To my Beloved Son, B. Ronald Saxon, I give all my electronic
equipment owned by me at the time of my death, including, but not limited to, televisions,
Radios, VCRs, Stereos and the like,
B, To my Beloved Daughter-in-law, Sonia Saxon, I give the
following items of jewelry:
1. My large cluster diamond ring in the shape of a Star
of David;
2. My small cluster diumond neeklace;
3. and during my lifetime, I acknowledge that I have
already given her a pair of diamond earrings, a pink gold diamond pinky ring, and a gold
bracelet.
C. To my Beloved Daughter, Marilyn Saxon Pipkin, I give all my
clothing and furs (which my be in cold storage at Muscalus Furs) owned by me at the time
of my death and whatever vehicles I own at the time of my death, I also give all my gold
jewelry and diamond jewelry and china, silver and brie-a-brae owned at the time of my death
except for those items which are enumerated above that I give to my beloved Daughter-ln-
law, Sonia Saxon.
D.l give the sum of $2,000.00 each to my wonderful and beloved
grandchildren, Julie Saxon, GlIIad Saxon, Jonathan Pipkin, and Erica Pipkin.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be It real,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and
bequeath to my beloved children, B. Ronald Saxon and Marilyn Saxon Pipkin in equal
shares, and if either of them does not survive me then by a period of at least thirty (30)
days, then I direct thut their share be distributed to their surviving children, per capita. This
provision of my wiIl is made with the foIlowing additional request:

FAMIL~ AGREEMENT - WAIVING FILING OF ACCOUNT
This Agreement entered into this ,~~ day of ~t
19~' by and between B. Ronald Saxon in his oapacity as Exeoutor
under the will dated January 28, 1987, of Mildren Saxon, Deceased,
sonia Saxon, Gillad saxon, Julie saxon, Erica pipkin, and Jonathan
pipkin, speoifio devisees of the estate and B. Ronald Saxon,
Marilyn Pipkin specifio devisees and residuary legatees of the
estate.
BACKGROUND
1. Mildred Saxon (lIDecedentll) died July 13, 1994, a resident
of Camp Hill, PA, leaving a will dated August 19, 1992.
2. Deoedent's will was admitted to probate by the Register
of wills of cumberland County on July 25, 1994 and letters
testamentary were issued to B. Ronald Saxon as Exeoutor.
3. In her will, Decedent named her two children, B. Ronald
Saxon and Marilyn pipkin, her daughter-in-law sonia Saxon and her
grandchildren, Gillad Saxon, Julie Saxon, Erica pipkin (a minor)
and Jonathan Pipkin (a minor) as specific devisees.
4. In her will, Decedent named her two children, B. Ronald
Saxon and Marilyn pipkin as the sole residuary legatees.
5. The exeoutor advertised the grant of letters
Testamentary, prepared and filed an Inventory and Appraisement of
Deoedent's property and prepared and filed a Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return and federal and state income tax r.eturns and
paid the appropriate taxes thereon.
6. The exeoutor has paid all the general legatees and all

the taxes, debts and expenses of the estate known to her, and she
has no knowlodqe of any unpaid olaims, absolute or oontingent,
whioh may be asserted against the estate nor does she have any
reason to believe there are any suoh olaims.
7. The executor has distributed assets of the estate and
prepared a statement reflecting all estate receipts, disbursements
and distributions which are annexed here to as Exhibit A.
8. B. Ronald Saxon, Marilyn pipkin, sonia Saxon, Gi11ad
Saxon, Julie Saxon, Erica pipkin, and Jonathan pipkin desire that
this Family Agreement make unnecesoary the filing of an aocounting
in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of
Cumberland County.
NOW THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the parties do
hereby:
1. Waive the fling of an account of the administration of
the estate in any court;
2. Declare that the undersigned has examined the attached
informal account (and statement./schedu1e of distribution) of the
exeoutors; finds it to be true and correct in all particulars;
aocept and approve it with the same fo::ce and effect !IS if it had
been prepared and filed with, audited, adjudicated and confirmed
absolutely by a court of competent jurisdiction; and as if the
balance of principal and income had been awar.ded by the Court in
accordance with the statement/schedule of distribution;
3. Warrant that the beneficiaries named in the informal
account and statement/sohedule of distribution are the sole

undersigned's distribution which exoeeds the amount to whioh the
undersigned Are entitled as the exeoutors shall determine;
8. Agree to indemnify and hold harmless, the exeoutors, and
their heirs, personal l'epresen\:atives, !Juooessors and assigns, from
and against any olaims, liabilities, loss or expense (inoluding
OOlts and oounsel fees) arising from any cause whatsoever, which
the exeoutors may inour as a result of the administration of the
estate and its distribution in aocordanoe with this aqreement
includinq, but not limited to, any liability for any federal estate
