and consideration of the within Petitio and its attachment, it
is hereby ordered and decreed as follows:
1. The Executor of the Estate of Z. Britton Fisher,
deceased, is to pay the sum of $2,000.00 to the First National
Bank of Maryland, with instructions to deposit said sum in a
Certificate of Deposit, which is to be opened and issued in the
name of Melinda Fisher, whose social security number is 217-0B-
6192.
2. The said First National Bank of Maryland, Route 2 -
Box 86A, McKays Plaza, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622, is
directed to accept said deposit and issue said Certificate for
said amount and restrict withdrawal so that none can be made
until the minor attains majority which will be on August 21,
1999, except as authorized by further Order of Court.
3. The petitioners herein, David B. Fisher and
Kimberly S. Parker, are directed to execute a General Release
upon deposit of said funds, which Release wi 11 run in favor of
the Estate of Z. Britton Fisher, deceased, and the personal
representative and attorney, Harry L. Bricker, Jr.

1. Your Petitioners are David B. Fisher and Kimberly
S. Parker, adult individuals, and your petitioners were formerly
husband and wife. David B. Fisher resides at 274 Indian Creek
Dr., Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622 and Kimberly S. Parker
resides at 306 Prince Georges Street, LaPlata, Maryland 20646.
They are the parents of the minor child captioned above.
2. The said Melinda Fisher was born on August 21, 19B1
and her social security number is 217'OB-6192. She resides with
her mother, Kimberly S. Parker at 306 Prince Georges Street,
LaPlata, Maryland 20646.
3. The said Melinda Fisher is a beneficiary of the
Estate of Z. Britton Fisher, which Estate is entered to number
21-92-0956 i~ the Register of Wills Office of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania. Specifically, the bequest benefiting the said
Melinda Fisher is as follows:
"THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath the
remaining one-half (1/2), of all the rest,
residue and remainder of my Estate, be it
real, personal and mixed, of whatever
nature and wheresoever the same may be
, ,
situate, as follows: A. Two Thousand
Dollars ($2,000.00) to my great grand-
daughter, Melinda Fisher..."
4. The Gum of $2,000.00 is presently available and
ready for distribution to said minor child.
5. Your Petitioners prefer that since they are
residents of the State of Maryland that the Court permit said
fund to be deposited in the First National Bank of Maryland,
which Bank is chartered as a National Bank and has offices
throughout the State of Maryland. Specifically, your petitioners
here state that the branch convenient to them is located on Route
2 . Box B6A, McKays Plaza, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622. All
accounts there are insured to the sum of $100,000.00 through the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Deposit may only be
restricted if the sum is used to purchase a Certificate of
Deposit.
6. No Guardian has been appointed in the past to
manage any of the minor's assets and the said First National Bank
of Maryland has no adverse interest to the minor or to the
minors' interest. A Joinder as executed by First National Bank
is attached hereto and mad~ a part hereof.
7. Your Petitioners agree that the Certificate of
Deposit shall be held by Melinda's father, David P. Fisher, and
your petitioners further agree that all correspondence which
would be mailed to Melinda, shall be mailed to Melinda at her
father's address.

WHEREFORE, your petitioner respectfully prays your
Honorable Court to issue an Order as follows:
1. Direct the executor of the Estate of Z. Britton
Fisher, deceased to pay the sum of $2,000.00 to First National
Bunk of Maryland, Route 2 . Box B6A, McKays Plaza, Char.lotte
Hall, Maryland 20622, with instructions to said Bank to issue a
Certificate of Deposit in the name of Melinda Fisher, whose
social security number is 217.0B.6192. Said Certificate of
Deposit is to be restricted so that it may not be converted to
cash until the minor reaches her majority which will be on August
21, 1999, except as authorized by further Order of Court.
2. Direct your Petitioners David B. Fisher and
Kimberly S. Parker, to execute a General Release upon tenderinq
of said funds to them, which Release shall run in favor of the
Estate of Z. Britton Fisher, deceased and the personal
representative and attorney, Harry L. Bricker, Jr.
3. The Certificate of Deposit shall be held by
Melinda's father, David P. Fisher, and all correspondence shall
be mailed to Melinda at her father's address.
