AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMEN'r mado this J.ls,tday of August, 1980 I between
MARGARET RIGG S'l'REE'!', of llethany Village, Mechanicsburg, Cumber-
land County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as "Settlor")
and DAUPHIN DEFOSI'l' BANK AND 'l'RUS'l' COMPANY (hereinafter referred
to as "Trustee") I
WI'l'NESSETHl
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated May 24, 1974, Settlor con-
veyed to the Trustee certain property to be held under the terms
and conditions therein set forth, and
WHEREAS, unde~ date of August
, 1979, the parties agreed
to amendment of the terms of said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, the Settlor and George T. Street, Jr. have made
and will make charitable contributions of the nature set forth
in Subparagraph A of Artiole IX and wish to delete the material
with respect thereto from the said trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows l
1. Article NINTH of said Agreement of Trust is further
amended by the deletion therefrom of Subparagraph A and of
the first clause of SUbparagraph B so that the same reads as
orj,ginally prepared in said Deed of Trust dated May 24, 1974,
except that the reference to Berthel Dawson in Subparagraph 2
of Subsection (1) remains amended by changing the personal
pronouns therein used to masculine instead of feminine and by
the division of the assets therein set forth into 19 equal parts
instead of 18 equal parts as originally set forth, changing the
fraction 1/l8th wherever the samo appears in said Article NINTH
to l/19th, and adding as Subsection (m) the followingl
l/19th thereof to Helen Margaret Cooper.

land County, Pennsylvani:l (hereinafter referred to as "Settlor")
and DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY (hereinafter referred
to as Trus tee) ,
WIT N E SSE T H I
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated May 24, 1974, Settlor con-
veyed to the Trustee certain property to be held under the terms
and conditions therein set forth I and
WHEREAS, the Settlor desires to convey further personal
property to the Trustee and to provide for its dispostion and to
amend in minor respect the present terms of said Deed of Trust.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the par-
ties agree that said Deed of Trust shall be amended in the fol-
lowing respects.
1. The power and authority vested in the Trustae by Para-
graph EIGHTH of said Trust with respect to the expenditure of in-
come and pri.ncipal for the maintenance and support of the husband
of the Settlor, GEORGE T. STREET, JR., shall be effective whether
or not Settlor is living at the time of such incapacity on the
part of George T. Street, Jr., in the event Settlor herself is
under disability or incapacity at the time.
2. Subparagraph Two of Subsection (1) of Article NINTH is
amended by changing the gender of the personal pronouns therein
useQ to masculine, Berthel Dawson the beneficiary therein named,
being a man.
3. There shall be inserted in Article NINTH, after the
first paragraph thereof, the following:

be made to his descendants per stirpes, the Trustee is
authorized to make distribution to thoss persons deemed
by it to be entitled after such good faith investigat.ion
as the Trustee deems satisfactory I and without liability
for a distribution made on such basis which is ultimately
shown to have been erroneous, the inten~ion of the
Settlor being that undue administrative expense shall
be avoided, and that no resort to formal audit or
judicial determination of the identity of such bene-
ficiaries shall be had. Should a beneficiary be a
minor at the time of the distribution to him, the
Trustee is authorized to make such distribution by
depositing the same in an interest bearing insured
account at a savings institution in the name of a
suitable adult deemed by the Bank to be appropriate
to act as natural guardian of the minor with in-
structions to the depository to permit no withdrawals
from such account until the minor attains majority
without court order. The Trustee is authorized to
accept as full discharge of its obligation hereunder
the receipt of such natural guardian with evidence
of the making of such deposit, and in the case of
distributions made pursuant to this paragraph to
the "descendants" of a deceased beneficiary, the
Trustee is authorized to accept as full disoharge
of its obligations hereunder the receipt and re-
lease of the distributees determined in aocordance
with this paragraph.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this instru-
ment as of the day and year first above written intending to be
legally bound.
