8. Ho~ever, the LeMays'do own sufficient. ground for a mobile home or trailer to
be placed next to tMlr residence, which Gould serve as a home forthe minor aild
her family. The LeMays are willing to extend this opportunity to them, and It would
have the double advantage to the Tenorlos of providinoa home relativoly
Inexpensively, and having grandparents right next deor.
9. The Tanorlos have located a 1984 Oakwood tr"lIer/moblle home for sale by
Mary Gayle Adams, personal representative of the Estate of Mary Louise
Wynkoop, deceased, late of the Township of Southampton, Franklin County,
Pennsylanla, who died on April 7,1994. The said personal rGpresontative has
agreed to sell the mobile home to tllO Trmorlos for the purchase price of
$8,000.00, contingent on their obtaining the necessary financing. A copy of the
Sales Agreement Is attached hereto as Exhibit A amI made a part hereof.
10. FUl1hermore, petitioners avrir that their attorney In the within proceeding, as
well as In the Initial guardianship proceeding, Is also the attorney for the said
personal representative of tile Estate of Mary LouiSE' Wynkoop, and,he has been
representing the said personal represfll1tativeslnce prior to the time the Initial
guardianship proceeding was Instituted. As no potential conflict exisls between
the guardians of tile millOr's estate .and tl10 personal representative of tile Estate
