debts and I'uneral oxpenses ,1S Boon after my death ;.HI may be found con-
venient to do so.
2. 1\11 of the rest, rosiduo and romuindor of my ostuto, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the sarno may be situato, I give,
devise and bequoath in oqual shares as followsl Ono (1) share to my
daughtor, Thelma L. Erickson, of 510 Reed Stroet, Curlislo, Pennsyl-
vania, providod sho shall survive me by a poriod of thirty (30) days,
but should she fail to so survive me thon to hor son, David Orian
Lebo, of 801 Dunbar Hoad, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, provided he shall
survive me by a period of thirty (30) days, but should he fail to so
survive me then to such of his issue as shull survive mo by a period
of thirty (30) days, per stipes; and the othor sharo to my grandson,
David Orian Lebo, of 801 Dunbar Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, provided
he shall survive mo by a period of thirty (30) days but should he fail
to so survive me then to such of his issuo us shall survive me by a
period of thirty (30) days, per stirpes.
3. I have made no provision herein for my husband, Harry F.
Pardoe, not because of any want of affection for him, but because I am
confident he has suffioiont resourses to adequatoly p~ovido for his
needs.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and ilppoint my said daughter,
Thelma L. Erickson, and my said grandson, David Orian Lebo, or oither
of them, &s co-Executors of this my Last will and Testament, and I
further direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond
to secure the faithful performance of his duties in tho Commonwealth
of Pennsylvaniu or in any other jurisdiction.

I, AGNES T. PARDOE, of 174 "F" Street in the Borough of Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make, pUblish and declare this as
and for' my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any
and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expensos as soon after my death as may be found con-
veniant to do so.
2. All of the rost, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situate, I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares as folloWSI One (1) share to my
daughter, Thelma L. Er.ickson, of 510 Reed Street, Carlisle, Pennsyl-
vania, provided she shall survive me by a period of: thirty (30) days,
but should she fail to so survive me then to her son, David Brian
Lebo, of 801 Dunbar Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, provided he shall
survive me by a period of thirty (30) days, but should he fail to so
survive me then to such of his issue as shall surviv& me by a period
of thirty (30) days, per stipesl and the other share to my grandson,
David Brian Lebo, of 801 Dunbar Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, provided
he shall survive me by a period of thirty (30) days but should he fail
to so survive me then to such of his issue as shall survive me by a
period of thirty (30) days, per stirpes.
3. I have made no provision herein for my husband, Harry F.
Pardoe, not because of any want of affection for him, but because I am
confident he has sufficient resourses to adequately provide for his
needs.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said daughter,
Thelma L. Erickson, and my said grandson, David Brian Lebo, or either
of them, as co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testament, and I
further direct that neither of them shall be required to post any bond
to secure the faithful performance of his duties in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction.
