WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, Elwood c. paul and Mary E. Paul, hie wife, of cumberland County,
pennaylvania, (herainafter referred to as owner) entered into a contract with
Paul Buildera, of cumberland County, Penneylvania, (hereinafter referred to ae
contractor), to provide materials and perform labor neceesary for completion of a
residsntial dwa1ling situate upon lot of ground located I
TWp. Road ,5al, , PA 17055, Silver spring Township, cumberland County,
pennsylvania, as more partiCUlarly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
partiss, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any 8ub-contractor or material
man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor
under thia contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic'S lien, for
work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.

This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the county prothonotary
within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the requirements of the Act
of AS8embly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
