EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of ground situate in the Township of
North Middleton, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows,
to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern side of Skyline View (50.00
feet wide) at the northeastern corner of Lot No. 25 on the
hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence by Lot No. 25 South 04
degrees 13 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 135.56 feet to a
point at Lot No. 28; thence by Lot No. 28 North 86 degrees 53
minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 44.81 feet to a point on the
northwestern corner of Lot No, 27; thence by Lot No. 27 North 61
degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 95.69 feet to n
point on the western side of Summit View (50.00 feet wide); thence
by Summit View the following two course and distances: (1) by a
curve to the right in a northwesterly direction, shown as Curve 16a
on the Plan, and having a radius of 475.00 feet an arc distance of
100,30 feet to a point; (2) by a curve to the left in a
northwesterly direction, shown as Curve 19 on the Plan, and having
a radius of 11.00 feet an arc distance of 16.56 feet to a point on
the southern side of Skyline View (50.00 feet wide); thence along
the southern side of Skyline View by a curve to the right in a
westerly direction, shown as Curve 26c on the Plan, and having a
radius of 625.00 feet an arc distance of 89.28 feet to a point the
place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 14,841.41 square feet.
BEING Lot No. 26 on Plan of North Ridge, Phase 1, recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 67, Page 120,
BEING the same premises which Fred A. Gettys and Yvonne W. Gettys,
granted and conveyed to R.F. Fager Company, Borrowers herein.
