WHEREAS, Lower Allen Township Authority, a Pennsylvania
municipal authority, on May 23, 1996, filed its claim in our Court
of Common Pleas at No. 96-3015 MLD 1996, for the sum of $12,157.20,
with interest from April 8, 1996, for tapping fee, inspection fee,
lien preparation fee, lien filing fee, and lien satisfaction fee
against the following property:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Lower
Allen TownShip, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as
1769-1773 Main Street, Lisburn, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, and more particularly bound and described
in Cumberland County Deed Book M-33-857, et seq.
Owned or reputed to be owned by you.
AND WHEREAS, We have been given to understand that said claim
is still due and unpaid, and remains a lien against the same
property; NOW, you are hereby notified to file your affidavit of
defense to said claim, if defense you have thereto, in the Office
of the Prothonotary of our said Court, within fifteen (15) days
after the service of this writ upon you. If no affidavit of
defense be filed within said time, judgement may be entered against
you for the whole claim, and the property described in the claim be
sold to recover the amount thereof.
