WHEREAS, cheater W. Caa.ell, III, a .ingle man, of \-l\0~\~\Y\
county, penn.ylvania, (hereinafter referred to a. Owner) entered into a
contract with carl H. Grove' son., Inc., of Dauphin county, penn.ylvania,
(hereinafter referred to a. contractor), to provide materials and perform
labor neces.ary for completion of a re.idential dwelling .ituate upon lot of
ground located.
Lot 69 pha.e III, Kechanic.burg, PA , Hampden Town.hip, cumberland county,
pennaylvania, as more particularly set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it i. hereby otipulated and agreed by and between th, oaid
partie., as part of the said contract and for the conoideration ther,in .et
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any eub-contrsctor o~
material man, nor any other peroon furni.hing labor or material. to ;he .aid
contractor undsr this contract .hall file a lien, commonly called a I
mechanic's lien, for work done or materialo furniohed to the .aid building
or any part thereof.
Thio stipulation io made and intended to be filed with the county
prothonotary within ten (10) dayo after date, in accordance with the
requiremento of the Act of Aooembly of pennoylvania, in .uch caoe provided.
