COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff is Equus Computer Systems Inc., a corporation,
with an office in Lombard, Illinois.
2. Corporate Defendant is William C. Daggs Associates Inc.,
a corporation, now or formerly located at 3607 Rosemont Avenue, Camp
Hill, Pa., and whose President is William C. Daggs.
3. The individual Defendant, William C. Daggs, is an
individual with an address of 77 Pleasant Terrace, New Cumberland, Pa.
4. The Corporate Defendant, under the name Computer Results,
utilized the service of Plaintiff on the dates, of the kinds, and for
the prices set forth on Exhibits 1, 2 and 3 hereof, in the total amount
of $5,234.73.
5. There are no credits to which the Corporate Defendant is
entitled, and therefore the entire $5,234.73 remains due and owing to
it.
6. When the Corporate Defendant submitted its credit
application to Plaintiff, said credit application was personally
guaranteed by William C. Daggs. A copy of said credit application, with
the individual guarantee of William C. Daggs. is attached hereto as
Exhibit 4.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff claims that there is justly due and owing
to it by Defendants the said sum of $5,234.73.
AND PLAINTIFF WILL EVER PRAY, ETC.
