COMPLAINT IN CONPESSION OP JUDGMENT
1. The Plaintiff is Continental Foods, Inc., with offices
located at 2730 Wilmarco Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland 21223.
2. The Defendants are:
a, Daniel Sprague, an adult individual residing at
711 Pear street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043.
b.
The
Bali
Factory,
Inc. ,
a
Pennsylvania
corporation, with offices at 861 Market Street, Lemoyne,
Pennsylvania 17043.
3. The original note signed by the Defendant is attached

4. There has been no assignment of the instrument.
5. Judgment has not previously been entered on the
instrument.
6. Default is not required for the entry of judgment.

For value received, I/We promise to pay to the
order of Continental Foods, Inc., 2730 Wilmarco Avenue,
Baltimore, Md. 21223, eleven thousand three hundred
($11,300.00) Dollars, with interest at the rate of six (6%)
percent per annum until paid. To secure the payment of said
amount, I/We hereby authorize, irrevocably, any attorney of
any Court of record, to appear for me/us in such Court, in
term, time or vacation, at any time hereafter, and confess
judgment, without process, in favor of the holder of this
note, for such amount as may appear to be unpaid thereon,
whether due or not, whether the Maker{s) be in default or
not, and, in the event of default, the balance shall become
fully due and payable, together with costs and attorney's
fees of ten (10) percent, and to waive and release all
errors which may intervene at any such proceedings, and to
consent to immediate execution upon such judgment; hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my/our attorney may do by
virtue hereof.
This Note shall be payable as follows - $300.00
per week, commencing Monday, November 25, 1996, and the same
amount weekly thereafter, until paid in full. No interest
shall be charged if the payment plan is timely adhered to.
No counsel fees will apply so long as the payment plan is
