Cumber1end County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition,
do hereby mske, publish and declare thie my Last Will snd Testament, hereby

revokin'g and making void' all willa by me at any time heretofore made.
~. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND. I give and bequeath all my personal belongings to my daughters, LINDA
LOU HOSFELT snd BARBARA JO HOSPELT.
~. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estste, I give, devise and
bequeath to my beloved husbsnd, JOHN W. BAER, for and during his lifetime, and
at his death then to my two daughters, LINDA LOU HOSPELT and BARBARA JO
HOSPELT, their heirs and sssigns.
FOURTH.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my husband, JOHN W. BAER, to be
the Executor of thia my Laat Will and Testament; if he be unable to fulfill the
dutiea of Executor, I then nominate, constitute and appoint LINDA LOU HOSPELT
to be my Executrix.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition,
do hereby make, publish and declare this my Laat Will and Teatament, hereby

FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
