wus a passenger in u vehicle operated by petitioner, Mitchell L.
Thomus, which was travelling south on Hershey Road in ScuthClmpton
Township, Cumberlund County,
5, On or abr1ut Octobel' 24, 1995, Respondent, \'lilliam B.
Gardiner lost control of hiR vehicle and struck Petitioner's
vehicle headon at Hershey Road, Southampton Township, Cwnberland
County, Pennsylvunia.
G, As u result of the collision, minor, Michelle [" Thomas,
suffered multiple injurh,s, including, hut not limited rl', d l'ight
parietal skull [l'.:-lctur{~.
Sile was t.lken from the scene via
ambulance to the Em'ol'gency Room i:\t Chambersburg Hospital; she was
