LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, IDA H, MESSINGER, of the Township of Lower Allen,
County of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of
sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make,
pUblish and declare this as and for my Last will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executor, as the
case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND. I order and direct my Executrix or Executor, as
the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may
be done, to convert to cash all the rest, residue and remainder
of my Estate, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, and to
distribute and dispose of the same in the fOllowing manner:
A. I give and bequeath ten per centum (10%) of
my net residuary estate unto my GOd-son, namely, CARL
J, GERBER, II, absolutely,
B. I give and bequeath fifteen per centum (15%)
of my net residuary estate unto my sister, namely,
MARY H. BRICKER, absolutely,
C, I give and bequeath five per centum (5%) of
my net residuary estate unto my sister-in-law,
namely, HELEN HALE, absolutely.
D. I give and bequeath twentY-five per centum

If any of the persons named in paragraphs A, B, D, E and F above
should predecease me, I order and direct that the shares of such
deceased beneficiaries shall be paid and delivered unto their
lawful issue by representation and not per capita, If the
person named in paragraph C above should predecease me, I order
and direct that said share shall be distributed in equal shares
unto the persons named in paragraphs D, E and F above (or their
substituted issue in the event any of them should predecease me),
LASTLY. I nominate, constitute and appoint my niece,
namely, DORRIS B. GERBER, to be the Executrix of this, my Last
will and Testament, but if for any reason she should fail to
qualify as such Executrix or cease so to serve I then and in that
event, I nominate, constitute and appoint her husband, namely,
CARL J. GERBER I to be the Executor hereof, each and both to
serve without bond or other security as a condition of
qualification hereunder.
