WAIVER OF LIENS
WHEREAS, cheater W. caaae11, III, of Dauphin county, pennay1vania,
(hereinafter referred to aa OWner) entered into a contract with carl H.
Grove' sona, of Dauphin county, Pennay1vania, (hereinafter referred to aa
contraotor), to provide materia1e and perform labor neceaaary for completion
of a r.aidentia1 dwelling aituate upon lot of ground located.
Lot 42, , PA , Hampden Townahip, Cumberland county, penney1vania, ae more
particularly aet forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, it ia hereby atipu1ated and agreed by and between the aaid
parti.a, aa part of the eaid contract and for the conaideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said
contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanio's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building
or any part thereof.
Thia stipulation ia made and intended to be filed with the county
prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with the
requirements of the Act of Assembly of pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands
