OF AMERICA formerly known as Sears Mortgage Corporation, is a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Ohio, with offices at 75 North Fairway Drive, Vernon Hills, Illinois 60061. 2. Defendants, PETER CALIFANO and MARGARET CALIFANO, are adult individuals whose last known residence is 17 Kingswood Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. 3. On or about November 18, 1992, Defendants executed and delivered a Mortgage Note in the sum of $103,978.00 payable to SEARS MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a copy of said Note is attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A". 4. Contemporaneously with and at the time of the execution of the aforesaid Mortgage Note, in order to secure payment of the same, Defendants made, executed and delivered to the original Mortgagee, a certain real estate Mortgage which is recorded in the within Commonwealth and County in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Mortgage Book 1102, Page 666, conveying to the original Mortgagee the real estate described therein. Said Mortgage is incorporated herein by reference. 5. The land subject to the Mortgage is: 17 Kingswood Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055-2761, and is more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto. 6. Defendants are the real owners of the land subject to the Mortgage. 7.
