Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Mortgage Book 820, Page 1033, a copy of
which is attaehed hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" which mortgage
contains and is a lien upon the property situate at 3604 Golfview Drive, Cumberland County.
Mechaniesburg, Pennsylvania 17055,
4, A copy of the Note is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "B"
5. Plaintiff, in consideration of the said Mortgage and Note advanced to Gudjon J. Olafsson
the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000,00).
6. The premises subject to said mortgage is more specifically set forth in Exhibit "A".
7. The mortgaged property was conveyed from Gudjon J. Olafsson to his mother, Gudlaug
B. Olafsson, who is now the real owner of the premises, by Deed dated May 28, 1996 and
recorded May 30, 1996 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Book 140, page
91 without notice to Harris Savings Bank.
8. Said Mortgage has not been assigned in whole or in part by the Plaintiff herein,
9. No judgment has previously been entered on said Mortgage in any jurisdiction, and said
instrument is less than twenty (20) years old,
10. That said Mortgage is in default because Defendant herein has failed to pay the monthly
payments of$I,217.62 for the months of August, September, October, November and December,
1996 and late charges totaling $243.52.
11. The Plaintiff has given to the Defendant/Mortgagor written notice of intention to foreclose
on said Mortgage as required by law under Act 6, dated November 18, 1996, a copy of which
is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "C", No notice was required to Defendant
Gudlaug Olafsson as notice of her interest was not given to Mortgagee,
