Plaintiff is Christina May Payne, who currently resides at 39 East Butler Street, Mt. Holly, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Jared Michael Payne, who currently resides at 13 South Hanover Street, The Molly Pitcher Hotel, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on October 13, 1990. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken due to indignities and desertion. 7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the court require the parties to participate in counseling. 8. The Mother, Christina May Payne, and the Father, Jared Michael Payne, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Casandra Jo Payne, born July 1, 1994. 2. The Mother shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor child. 3. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody of the minor child as follows: A. Conunencing on a weekly basis for a period of at least one hour which custody shall be supervised by a competent adult as agreed upon by the parties. B. The above visitation as set forth in subparagraph A shall expand as the parties agree and as Father continues to abide by a schedule worked out between the parties. It is anticipated that if things work well between the child and the Father, the Father's periods of temporary custody will be expanded by agreement of the parties. Expansion of temporary custody will include on a progressive fashion additional time each day that the Father exercises visitation, unsupervised visitation, and at a later date overnight visitation when the parties are secure that the arrangement is appropriate. 4. In the event the parties desire to modify this Order or in the event the Father is dissatisfied with the amount of temporary custody afforded to him by the Mother, either party may petition the Court to have the case again scheduled with the Custody Conciliator for a conference.
