AND NOW, this l1tI:L day of January
, 1997, pursuant to his
Affidavit and Consent Agreement and without admitting plaintiff's
allegations of abuse, Defendant has waived his right to a hearing
and agreed that the Court may enter this Order.
Based on that Affidavit, the Defendant is ordered not to
abuse, threaten with violence, harass or stalk the Plaintiff.
Defendant is ordered to vacate the premises at III Crestview
Dr., East Berlin, PA 17316, from Wednesday, January 15, 1997, at
10:00 AM until saturday, January 18, 1997, at 10:00 AM, to enable
Plaintiff to move out of the residence with her belongings. This
portion of the order does not prohibit Defendant from going to
the home on Wednesday, January 15, 1997, to get clothing and
other personal items, provided that he does so immediately.
Defendant shall pay the costs of this action and shall have
60 days to do so.
This Order shall remain in full force and effect for one
year, the maximum period permitted by law, beginning this date.
The Defendant is notified that a violation of this Order may
