1915.3-B, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following report:
1. The pertinent information concerning the Child who is the subject
of this litigation is as follows:
NAME
DATE OF BIRl'H
CllRRIlIlTLY m amaJl( OF
Stephanie K. Bishop
November 21, 1990
Defendant/Mother
2. A Conciliation Conference was held on March 26, 1997 with the
following individuals in attendance: The Father, Richard W. CUlhane, with
his counsel, Gregory S. Hazlett, Esquire, and the Mother, Charlotte L.
Bishop, with her counsel, R. Mark Thomas, Esquire.
3. This case involves a situation in which the parties were never
married and the Plaintiff/Father did not know that he was the biological
father of the Child until approximately July 1996. The Father filed this
Petition to establish a parental relationship with the Child gradually
through periods of physical custody. The parties both acknowledged and
agreed at the Conference that their goal is to reach, over a gradual period
of time, a custody arrangement whereby the Father has a "traditional" (i.e.
alternating weekends, holidays, swrmer vacation periods etc.) partial
custody schedule on an ongoing basis. Both parties agreed that it would be
best for the Child (particularly in light of her ADD-HD diagnosis and other
related emotional prOblems for which she is currently receiving counseling)
to introduce the Father into the Child's life carefully and gradually. The
parties agreed to work with the Child's counselor at the Stevens Center and
to cooperate with the counselor's recOllll1endations concerning the initial
and expanding custody arrangements.
4. The parties agreed to entry of ~ form as attached.
