TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
1. The Plaintiffs are AI Dolatoski and Joyce Sipe, who currently reside at 208
South Union Street, Middletown, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania 17057.
2. The Defendants are Robert H, McVoy, who currently resides at 11A South
York Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, and Patricia
A, McVoy, who currently resides at No, 26 Kingsbury Trailer Park, Mechanlcsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055
3, Plaintiffs seek primary physical custody and shared legal custody of the
Defendants' minor child, Teresa M, McVoy, born February 27, 1986.
4, The child was not born out of wedlock.
5, The child is currently in the custody of the Defendant, Robert H. McVoy
who resides at 11 A South York Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,:

as a Court Order at Docket No. 95-1771, Civil Term, by the Honorable Kevin A. Hess.
13, Plaintiffs do not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect
to the child,
14, The best interests and permanent welfare of the child will be served by
granting the relief requested because it will foster the growth and development of the
child and be in the best interests of the child,
15, Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated
and the persons who have physical custody of the child have been named as parties
to this action,

a) Defendants shall be entitled every weekend with the child from Friday at
6:00 p.m through Sunday at 8:00 p,m,
b) Defendants shall be entitled to those weeks in the summer that the child
is on summer vacation from school.
4, Each of the parties shall be entitled to frequent telephone contact with the
child as the parties' may desire.
5, The parties are directed to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure that
the subject minor child resides in an environment free from the use of alcohol, and
tobacco products, during their custodial periods.
6, The parties shall share transportation of the subject minor child for purposes
of partial custody.
