Stipulation and Agreement for Custody and Visitation, and motion of Sally 1. Winder, Esquire, it
is hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED that primary residential custody of the minor child,

5, The parties hereto and each of them agree that the grandparents are capable of
caring for the said minor child and it is in the child's best interest and for his permanent welfare
that custody be placed in the grandparents. Mother shall have certain rights of visitation and
temporary custody with the minor child, Said visitation and temporary custody of the minor child
shall be on a liberal basis and shall be arranged between the parties

6. The grandparents shall not unreasonably withhold rights of visitation and
temporary custody,
It is the agreement of the parties that this Stipulation and Agreement shall be
entered as an Order of Court without the necessity of their presence in Court,
