COMPLAINT
The plaintiff by her attorney, MURREL R. WALTERS, III,
ESQUIRE, brings this action in divorce for a Decree of Divorce from
the bonds of matrimony and respectfully represents:
1. The plaintiff is LISA M. MILLETT, an adult individual,
who currently resides at 224-R Spring Lane, Enola, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania since December 1996,
2. The defendant is VERNON S. MILLETT, an adult individual,
who currently resides at 1056 Hemlock Lane, Enola, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania since 1991.
3. Plaintiff and defendant are both bcna fide residents of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and huve been for at least six (6)
months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The plaintiff and defendant were married on June 21, 1980
in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The plaintiff avers that the marriage is irretrievably
broken.
