LAST'WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JACIS...PNK
I, JACK ZINK, of camp Hill, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make and publish this my Last will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts, funeral
expenses, costs of administration of my estate, and all
inheritance taxes which may become due as a result of my death
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
ITEM II. I give and bequeath all articles of
tangible, personal property which I may own at the time of my
death, including automobiles, equally to my four children,
namely: John M. Zink, Larry J. Zink, R. Dann zink, and Marjorie
KUlick, with the direction that each of my children shall be
permitted to select such ltems of tangible personal property as
each may desire to have and that any itents not selected by any

PETITION FOR APPROVAL OF EXECUTOR
TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE
1. Your Petitioner, John M. Zink, is the Executor of the
Estate of Jack Zink, who died on August 2, 1994 and whose will was
entered for Probate in the Office for the Register of Wills of
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and indexed to Number 1994-00702.
2. At the time of his death, Jack Zink owned a tract of
improved real estate located in Eaot Pennsboro Township, cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known and numbered as 1003 Brentwater Road,
Camp Hill, Pennsyl vania, and as set forth in the Deed whlch is
recorded in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and for
cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book H, Volume 35, page
442.
3. Under the terms of the aforementioned will, the residue
of the estate, which included the real estate, was to be divided
equally among the decendent's four children, John M. Zink, Larry J.
zink, R. Dann Zink and Marjorie Kulik (spelled Kulick in the above
cited will), now Marjorie Caldwell.
4. Your Petitioner, along with his wife, desires to purchase
the aforementioned tract of real estate.
5. The three heirs other than the Executor agree to the
Executor's and his wife's purchase of the real estate for the sum
of $100,000.00 as evidenced by their statements which are attached
hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits 1, 2 and 3.
6. Pursuant to ~3356 of the Probate, Estates and Fudiciary
Code, the Petitioner requests that this Honorable Court enter an
order authorizing his and his wife's purchase of the aforementioned
real estate for the sum of $100,000.00.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner requests that this Honorable court
enter an Order authorizing his and his wife's purchase of the
aforementioned real estate for the sum of $100,000.00.

THIS AGREEMENT for sale of real estate is granted by R. Dann
Zink to John M. Zink and Janice M. Zink, hereinafter referred to as
Zink.
WHEREAS, Jack zink, died August 2, 1994, owner of the tract of
improved real estate located in East pennsboro Township, Cumberland
county Pennsylvania, as set for.th in the deed which is recorded in
