AND NOW, this 4TH day of APRIL, 1997 this Court certifies
that the attached complaint has been properly completed and
verified, and there is probable cause for the issuance of
process. In consideration of the attached Commonwealth's
Petition, a WARRANT IS ISSUED FOR THE ARREST of the Defendant,
KEITH A. MCKEEHAN.
If the defendant is found during normal Courthouse hours,
the defendant is to be brought immediately before the Court. If
not found during Courthouse hours, the defendant is to be taken
to the on-call District Justice and bail set pursuant to the
Rules of Criminal Procedure. Furthermore, after appearing before
the District Justice the defendant is advised to appear before
the Court Administrator at the open of the next business day.

AFFIDAVIT of PROBABLE CAUSE
On 04-02-97 at approx. 2000 hrs. in West Pennsboro Twp. Cumberland Co. the defendant did
go to the victims ( Katherine FOSTER) home at 111 Clay Rd.. The defendant started an arguement
with the victim and became upset with her. The defendant accused the victim of cheating on her
and grabbed her, struck her in the face, arm, and chest. The defendant threatned to kill the victim as
he was chocking her in her bedroom, The victim left the residence and drove to PSP Carlisle and
reported the incident. This officer did observe the bruising on the victims face and red marks on the
victims left ann, There is an active PFA directing the defedant not to abuse the victim which the
defendant did violate, The defendant could not be found on 04-02-97. This officer requests that a
warrant be issued for the defendants arrest.
