ALL THOSE TWO TRACTS OF LAND, together with improvements thereon
'rected, situate in the Township of Lower Allen, County of
Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
TRACT NO. 1 Being all of Lot No. 52 and the westerly twenty-seven
(27) feet of Lot No. 51 on the Plan of Lots of Keewaydin, which
said Plan is recorded in the Cumberland County ReGorder' s Office in
Plan Book 4, at page 42, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Keewaydin Commons as
shown on said Plan 236.23 feet measured South 58 degrees 40 minutes
West from the Northwest corner of Keewaydin Commons and Oneida Road
as shown on said Plan, said point being at the westerly line of
lands now or formerly of Arthur N. Chilcott and wife; thence along
said landsr North 31 degrees 20 minutes West, 160 feet to a point
.on the line of Lot No. 65 on said Plan; thence along the line of
Lots Nos. 65 and 66, South 58 degrees 40 minutes West, 83.0 feet to
a point at corner of Lot NO. 53 on said Plan; thence along said Lot
No. 53, South 31 degrees 20 minutes East, 160.0 feet to a point on
the northerly line of Keewaydin Commons; thence along said line,
North 58 degrees 40 minutes East, 83.0 to a point, the place of
beginning.
TACT NO. 2 Being the Southerly portion of Lot No. 52 and the
southwesterly portion of Lot No. 51 as shown on the Plan Book 4,
page 87, and being a portion of Keewaydin Commons as shown on the
Plan of Keewaydin as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's
Office in Plan Book 4, page 42, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly line of Keewaydin Commons as
shown on Plan recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office
in Plan Book 4, page 42, at the westerly line of Lot No. 52 on said
Plan; thence South 31 degrees 20 minutes East 50.0 feet to a point
on the northerly line of the Gettysburg Pike; thence along said
line, North 58 degrees 40 minutes East, 83.0 feet to point at the
line of lands now or formerly of Arthur N. Chilcott and wife;
thence along said lands North 31 degrees 20 minutes West, 50.0 feet
to a point on the Northerly line of Keewaydin Commons and Tract No.
1; thence along the Northerly line of Keewaydin Commons and Tract
No. I, South 58 degrees 40 minutes west, 83.0 feet to the place of
beginning.
IT BEING THE SA}m PREMISES which J. Walter Eckele and Mildred C.
Eckele, his wife, by their deed dated June 29, 1977, and recorded
in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland
County; Pennsylvania, in Deed Book G, Volume 27, at page 608,
granted and conveyed an interest unto Richard o. Ditzler and
Josephina A. Ditzler, his wife. The said Richard O. Ditzler
departed this life August 29, 1982, thereby causing full fee.simple
ownership in the within described premises to vest in his surviving
spouse, Josephine A. Ditzler, the sole grantor herein.
