the minor children for Hn extended periOd of time,
returned at nighttime Hnd led the family through the
woods to the flarked vehicle, drove recklessly on the

e. Tn or about .June, 1998, the defendant became
enraged and forcefully ki~ked the minor child, Juan
Ortiz, ,Jr., in the groin,
f. On or ilhout Milr~h ?9, 1998, in front of their minor
child, .Jessi~a, the defendant punched the plaintiff in
the nose, ilnd traflped the plHintiff and their minor
child, .Jessica, on the second floor. The defendant

the floor, and forceflllly pushed the plaintiff across
the floor when she att.empted t.o come down from the

15, Plaintiff is asking the Court to evict and exclude the
Defendant from the residence at 504 Market Street, Lemoyne,
