10. This Order shall be enforced by any law enforcement agency in any county where a violation
occurs, As provided in 23 Pa,C,S, ~ 6113(a) of the Act, "an arrest for violation of an order pursuant to
this Act may be without warrant upon probable cause whether or not the violation is committad in the
presence of a police officer,..",
11, This Order shall remain in effect until modified or terminated by the COllrt after notice and
hearing, 23 Pa,C,S, ~ 6107(b),
12, Respondent is hereby notified that if he violates this Order, he mey be held in indirect
criminal contempt, which is punishable by a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.001 and/or by
a jail sentence of up to six (6) months or civil contempt, which is punishable by a jail sentence of up to
six (6) months,

7. At the present, the child is living et the residence loceted at 12 Wood Drive, Cerlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvanie with the Petitioner, The Respondent has left the eforementioned
residence.
8, Respondent resides with his parents in their home loceted et 39 Parsonage Street, Newville,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvenia,
9, The fects of the most recent incidents of abuse toward the Petitioner are as follows:
Date: Thursdey, February 6, 1997
Time: 6:00 p,m,
Place: 12 Wood Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
On Thursday, February 6, 1997, the Respondent returned to the residence located at 12 Wood
Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, after the Petitioner had returned from work, This day was Petitioner's last
day at work, Petitioner is currently unemployed, The Respondent became enraged while alleging that the
Petitioner had several computer books which she refused to return to Respondent, Petitioner then
proceeded to call "911" as she feared that she was in immediate danger of being struck, After a
continued confrontetion, the Respondent took all of the heaters from the home and left the Petitioner and
the minor child with no heat as he has failed to pay the bill in the past several months, Additionally, when
the Respondent left the home located at 12 Wood Drive, he took all of Petitioner's "work clothes",
The Petitioner and the minor child left the home loeated at 12 Wood Drive for the home of an
acquaintance to eat dinner at a place where they felt they were not in danger of being harmed, The
tirades of the Respondent have terrified the minor child and placed him in fear of being physically abused,

Place: 12 Wood Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania
On Friday, February 7, 1997, the Petitioner received a phone call from Star-Mar, in Carlisle, a
public storage facility wherein the Petitioner has stored some personal items, Petitioner went to Star-Mar

to attempt to resolve the situetion, The Respondent was at the Stor-Mor offices threetening a female
employee and insisting that she allow the Respondent into Petitioner's storage locker. The Respondent
demanded to see the filing cabinet with the rental records and forced his way into the offices of Stor-Mor
to locate the Petitioner's storage locker number. The female employee of Stor-Mor was forced to

Following this incident, the Respondent returned to the home located at 12 Wood Drive. Carlisle,
Pennsylvania and began heressing the Petitioner over the Stor-Mor incident, Respondent tried to take the
Petitioner's briefcase out of the home to the home in which the Respondent is now residing. In response
to this, the Petitioner attempted to prevent the Respondent from leaving with her brief case containing
her personal effects (i.e. wallet, credit cards, etc,). As a result, the Respondent slammed the brief case
on the Petitioner's fingers and would not release them for several minutes causing bruising to her fingers,
Additionally, the Respondent slammed the Petitioner into the wall repeetedly causing bruising and swelling
on her back, The Respondent's verbal conduct toward the Petitioner during the incident placed the
Petitioner in fear of further abuse as the Petitioner is also aware that the Respondent has a gun, the
location of which the Petitioner is unaware,
Since the inception of the divorce proceedings between the Petitioner and Respondent, the
Respondent has become more increasingly verbally abusive, His conduct routinely causes the minor child
to hide or build a "fort" to protect himself from the abuse. Finally, on February 7,1997, the Respondent
lashed out with physical force placing the Petitioner and the minor child in fear of future abuse,
10, As a consequence of the above, Petitioner is afraid of Respondent and believas that she is
in immediate and present danger of further abuse and harassment from Respondent, Petitioner is in need
of, entitled to, and desires protection from such abuse,
11, The minor child, William Brehm, is also afraid of Respondent and believes that he is in
immediate and present danger of further abuse and harassment from Respondent, Whereby the minor
child is in need of, entitled to and desires protection from such abuse,
