1. The plaintiffs are David J. Christen~ and Sandra J.
Christens~. of 485 Capital Hill Road. Dillsburg. York County.
Pennsylvania 17019.
2. The defendants are Jamie L, Shumberger. residing at 57 B.
Louther Street. Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013 and William Gift,
residing at Claremont Farm Road, Carlisle, PennSYlvania 17013.
3, Jamie L, Shumberger and William Gift are the parents of
Jacob Daniel Gift. born November 24. 1994, The parties were
never married.
CUSTODY
4. Plaintiffs and Defendants seek to stipUlate to the
following as an Order of Court:

A. David J. ChristenBQn and Sandra J' Christensen shall have
legal and rasidential custody of Jacob Daniel Gift, born November
24, 1994.
B. Partial CUstody of the minor child shall be granted to
Jamie L. Shumberger and William Gift, Defendants. as mutually
agreed upon by the parties,
C. Jamie L. Shumberger, Mother, shall not exercise Custodr
with her son, Jacob Daniel Gift in the presence of Keith Rumme .
D, The Parties wish to stipulate to an agreement out of
Court and waive their rights to be present when said Order is
entered.
