5. JUdgment has not been entered on the Note referred to
in Paragraph 3 above in any jurisdiction.
6. Said Note provides that Plaintiff may confess judgment
against Defendant for the Unpaid balance due on the Note with
costs of suit and fifteen percent (15%) for collection fees.
7. The current principal balance on and under the Note and
Mortgage is $2,926.50. The current interest balance on and under
the Note is $197.62. Late charges have accrued in the amount of
$58.53. Fifteen percent (15%) of said principal sum is $435.00.
8. Plaintiff has been advised and, therefore, avers that
Defendant executed the Note referred to in Paragraph 3 above for
business purposes.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands jUdgment against Defendants in
the sum of $3,617.65, and costs of suit.
