EXHIBIT "An ALL THOSE CERTAIN pieces of parcels of land, situate in the Township of Upper Allen, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: TRACT NO.1: BEGINNING at a point on the Northern side of East Elmwood Avenue, at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 48 and 49 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence North 25 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West along the same, 125 feet to a point at other lands now or late of S. G. Diamond, Inc.; thence North 14 degrees 54 minutes 21 seconds East along the same, 32.20 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lots Nos. 49 and 50 on said Plan; thence North 72 degrees 53 minutes East along the same, 146.90 feet to a point on the Western side of East Elmwood Avenue; thence along an arc or a curve to the right having a radius of 150 feet, the arc distance of 213.91 feet to a point; thence still along the same South 64 degrees 35 minutes 30 seconds West, 17.76 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
