The Plaintiff is the Borough of Shipp ens burg, Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania, a Pennsylvania Municipal Corporation. with officcs at 60 West l3urd Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, 2, Defendant is King Street Trust, a business trust with offices at 12 Carroll Street. #132, Westminister, Maryland 21157, 3. Plaintiff on or about May 19, 1987 cnacted Ordinance No, 552. known as the Existing Structures Code of the Borough of Shipp ens burg and codified as Chapter 87 of the Code of the Borough of Shippcnsburg, A copy of said Ordinanee is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", 4, The Existing Structures Code requires the registration. inspection and licensing of rental units in the Borough of Shippensburg, 5, On or about February 21, 1995 the Couneil at the Borough of Shipp ens burg amendcd the Existing Struetures Code.
