2. Defendant is Kollas Construction, Inc., a corporation,
with an office and place of business at 7099 Carlisle pike, Carlisle,
Pa. 17013.
3. The Assignor (Rocky Licensing corp.) of plaintiff sold and
delivered stone to Defendant between March 16, 1995 and August 15, 1995,
on the dates, for the prices, and in the quantities set forth on
Exhibits 1 to 31, in the total sum of $20,256.94.
4. Since September 15, 1995, Plaintiff has mailed to
Defendant statements showing the said $20,256,94 due and owing, plus
interest through October 15, 1 99J', in the amount of $4,675.57,
representing finance charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.
5. Plaintiff has rendered statements, monthly, to Defendant
since October 15, 1995, and has included in the monthly statements the
service charges, to which statements Defendant has agreed, and an
account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff and Defendant as of

of the attached Custody Conciliation Summary Report, it is hereby ordered and directed as
follows:
A hearing is scheduled in Co~rtroom Number L of the Cumberland County

1.M., at which time testimony will be taken. For the purposes of the hearing, the Father,
Brian Wesley Stamer, shall be deemed to be the moving party and shall proceed initially
with testimony. Counsel for the parties or the parties pro sa shall file with the Court and
opposing counsel/party a memorandum setting forth each party's position on custody, a list
of witnesses who are expected to testify at the hearing, and a summary of the anticipated
testimony of each witness. These memoranda shall be filed at least ten days prior to the
hearing date.
