I, FORTUNA C. SGRIGNOLI, of Enola, Cumber land County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all previous
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST
The expenses of my last illness and funeral shall be paid
from the property of my estate.
SECOND
I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder
of my estat.e, together with all insllrance proceeds thereon of

I grant my personal representative the following powers in
/\ddition to and not in limitation of such powers as my personal
representative shall hold by law:
(a) To retain all property received including the stock of
any corporate fiduciary acting hereunder, provided such
property remains productive.
(b) To join in any corporation, partnership,
recapitalization, merger, reorganization or voting
trust plan; to delegate authority with respect thereto;
to deposit investments under agreements and pay
assessments; and generally to exercise all rights of
investors, inClUding but not limited to, the voting of
shares.
(c) To manage, operate, repair, improve, mortgage or lease
on any terms any real estate held or owned by my
estate.
(d) To operate any business that I may own at my death.
(e) To invest any funds oC my estate in any stocks, bonds,

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, Fortuna C.
Sgrignoli, late of. Camp Hill Borough, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, deceased, died on July 26, 1994, having first made
. her Last Will and Testament, which was duly executed on August 1,
1990, and is duly recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
Estate No. 1994M00731.
WHERIAS, the said Fort"na C. sgrignoli, by the aforesaid Last
Will and Testament, named Arthur sgrignoli as Executor of said Last
Will and Testament.
WHIREAS, the said personal representative has gathered the
assets of the estate of the said decedent and the assets consist of
both real property and personal property to a total value of
$120,787.86, as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is a statement of
account of the said personal representative, and which is attaohed
hereto and made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "A";
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of
inheritance tax in the said estate, amount to $22,902.64, leaving
a balance for distribution of $97,885.22, also as set forth in the
statement of the said personal representative, which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "B";
NOW THERSFORE, KNOW YE, that we, Chester sgrignoli, Fioriy
S9rignoli, Pa\\l sgrignoli, Michael Sgrignoli, Mary Dallmeyer,
Josephine Dallmeyer, Rodger sgrignoli, David sgrignoli, James
Sgrignoli, Sadie Hockenberry, William Sgrignoli, Arthur Sgrignoli,
Jeanette Boisvert, Timothy Sgrignoli, Patricia Yeager, Debbie
stoak, Veronica Kline, being heirs under the Last Will and
Testament of the said decedent, and being the persons entitled to
inherit under said Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge
