I, JOHN E. SOLLENBERGER/ of Messiah Village, Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, being of sound mind
and disposing memory, realizing the uncertainty of this life, but
with confidence in God and trust in His Son, my Lord and Savior,
Jesus Christ who died for my sins upon the cross and rose again
to justify me and give me eternal life, do hereby revoke any
prior wills and codicils and declare this to be my will.
ITEM I. EXPENSES AND TAXES. I direct the payment from my
estate of all my just debts, expenses incident to my illness and
my funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my
decease, and I direct my Executors to pay all state and federal
inheritance and estate taxes from the residue of my estate on
property includable in my gross estate for federal estate tax
purposes, whether the same passes under my will or by operation
of law, or by virtue of contracts of life insurance or otherwise,
and I waive on behalf of my estate the right to recover for my
estate any part of the taxes so paid.
ITEM II. .!lURIAI, PROVISIONS. I direct that my remains be
buried in our lot in the Air Hill Brethren in Christ Cemetery. I
give the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to the aforesaid
Air Hill Brethren in Christ Cemetery / in trust, the entire income
from which is to be perpetually applied to the care and
preservation of the lot in which my remains shall be buried.
ITEM III. XANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY. I give my tangible
personal property in the nature of household goods and personal
effects and motor vehicles owned by me at my death, together with
insurance thereon, to Ida M. Sollenberger, my spouse/ if she
survives mel if my said spouse fails to survive me, I direct that
my tangible personal property be added to my residuary estate.
ITEM IV. RESIDUE TO SEQ~. I give the residue of my
estate to Ida M. Sollenberger, my spouse/ if she survives me.

(B) The residue of my estate I give and bequeath to Messiah
College, Grantham, Pennsylvania, to be added to the scholarship
endowment fund now existing in my name.
ITEM VI. FIDUCIARY POWERS. In addition to the powers
conferred by law, any Fiduciary appointed under this will,
including any Trustee, any Financial Guardian, and any Executor
(unless specifically provided otherwise), shall have the
following expressed powers I
(A) To hold any property, including real estate, secudties
arId especially inclUding stock of a Corporate Fiduniary,
delivered to it in kind as long as said Fiduciary deems the same
to be for the best interest of said estate.
(B) To invest and reinvest in such securities as my
Fiduciary deems to be for the best interests of said estate
without being restricted to such investments as are considered
legal for Fiduciaries under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and without regard to the principle of
diversification.
(C) To invest in any common trust fund administered by a
Corporate Fiduciary.
(D) To buy investments at a premium or discount I to join in
any recapitalization, merger, reorganization, oonsolidation, or
voting trust plan affecting investments I to subscribe for stock
and bond privileges I to give proxies and generally to exercise
all rights of II seourity holder I to carry investments in the name
of II nominee or in bearer ~orm.

(E) To manage, operate, repair, alter, improve, partition
or divide real estute or other property and to lease real estate
and other property upon such terms and for such periods as may be
considered advisable I and to sell real and personal property for
!lny proper purpose at public or private sale for cash and/oJ:
credit without Order of Cou~t and to make, execute, acknowledge
and deliver good and sufficient deed o~ deeds and other
assurances therefor,
(F) To borrow money and to pledge or mortgage real or
personal property as security and to make, execute, acknowledge
and deliver good and sufficient pledges, mortgages and other
instruments to effectuate the same.
(G) To compromise claims without Order of Court or consent
of any beneficiary,
(H) To make distribution either in cash or in kind.
ITEM VII. EXECUTOR. I appoint Ida M. Sollenberger, my
spouse, anct Avery W. Zook, or the survivor thereof, as Executors.
If they do not qualify or cease to act, or fail to survive me, I
appoint D. Ray Hostetter, President of Messiah College of
Grantham, Pennsylvania, as Alternate Executor.
ITEM VIII. NO BOND. I direct that no fiduciary appointed
hereunder shall be required to post bond in this or any other
jurisdiction.
