Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to
resolve the issues in dispute; or if this cannot be accomplished,

conference may provide grounds for entry of a temporary or
permanent order.

The mother of the child is TRACY L. SCHOLLY, who currently
resides at 1332 Grandview Court, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She is
not married.
The father of the child is JAMES G. GREER II, ~ho currently
resides at 28 Pine Hill Avenue, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He
is not married.
4. The relationship of the Plaintiff to the child is that
of father. The Plaintiff currently resides alone.
5. The relationship of the Defendant to the child is that
of mother. She currently resides with the child and with her son
Xavier Scholly, age 5.
6. The Plaintiff has not participated as a party or
witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation concerning
the custody of the child in this or in another court.
The Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding
concerning the custody of the child in this or in another court.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to these
proceedings who has physical custody of the child or who claims
to have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child
will be served by confirming temporary physical custody in
Plaintiff because Plaintiff has been denied access to the child.

saturday, May 31, 1997 from 10:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Sunday, June I, 1997 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
saturday, June 14, 1997 at 10:30 a.m. until Sunday, June
15, 1997 at 5:30 p.m.
Friday, June 20, 1997 at 3:00 p.m. until Sunday, June 22,
1997 at 5:30 p.m.
C. Beginning July 11, 1997, the Father shall have partial
custody of the Child on alternating weekends from Friday
at 3:00 p.m. until Sunday at 5:30 p.m. When the
alternating weekend custody schedule begins, the parties
shall arrange for the Father to have a regular weekday
contact with the Child in the interim period between the
Father's weekends.
4. The parties shall share or alternate custody of the Child on
holidays as follows:
A. Christmas: The Father shall have custody of the Child in
every year from Christmas Eve at 10:30 a.m. until
Christmas Day at 10:30 a.m. The Mother shall have
custody of the Child every year from Christmas Day at
10:30 a.m. until December 26th at 10:30 a.m.
B. Alternating holidays: In odd numbered years, the Father
shall have custody of the Child on Easter, July 4th and
Thanksgiving and in even numbered years, the Father shall
have custody on Memorial Day and Labor Day. In odd
numbered years, the Mother shall have custody of the
Child on Memorial Day and Labor Day and in even numbered
years, the Mother shall have custody on Easter, July 4th
and Thanksgiving. The specific times for holiday custody
under this provision shall be arranged by mutual
agreement of the parties.
5. The Father shall have a one week period of uninterrupted
custody with the Child each year during the sunmer vacation upon providing
thirty days advance notice to the Mother. If the Father intends to remove
the Child from his residence for an overnight period or longer, the Father
shall provide the Mother with notice and an address and telephone number
where the Child will be staying.
6. The Father shall provide transportation for exchanges of
custody under this Order with the exception that the Mother shall take the
Child to the Father's residence for the period of partial custody to occur
on May 3, 1997 at 10:30 a.m. The Mother shall be entitled at that time to
see the areas of the Father's residence where the Child will be sleeping,
