MODIFICATION AGRBRMRNT AS TO A CUSTODY AND VISITATION
On this ,,)/)t'Lt day Of~' 1997, Renee Conrad of 124
Woods Drive, Lot 29. Cumberland County, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania
17055, hereinafter "MOTHER" and Robert L. Conrad, Jr., of Honey
Grove, Pennsylvania, hereinafter "FATHER" hereby agree to the
following terms and conditions of custody and visitation of their
one minor child, Ashley Marie Conrad, born October 18, 1991
hereinafter called CHILD.
MOTHER and FATHER recite and declare as follows:
1. MOTHER and FATHER agree that MOTHER shall have and
maintain sole legal custody of said CHILD.
2. MOTHER and FATHER agree that MOTHER shall maintain sole
physical custody of said CHILD.
3. This Stipulation as to custody and visitation shall
supercede any other previous custody agreement.
4. MOTHER and FATHER agree that the terms and conditions of
this Agreement are in the best interests of the CHILD.
