I ~:~ "'J . ,:t. ,. r- ,:j CJ G' U ~ in the Mortgage (the "Mortgaged Premises"), which Mortgage was recorded of record on or about June 19, 1995 with the Recorder of Deeds of and for the County of Cumberland in Mortgage Book r 1267, Page 865. A true and correct copy of the Mortgage is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "B". 5. A legal description of the Mortgaged Premises is contained in Exhibit "B". 6. The Mortgage has not bee" assigned. 7. Defendants are the real owners of the Mortgaged Premises. 8, Defendants are in default under the terms of the Note and Mortgage by virtUe of Defendants' failure to pay installments of principal and interest when due from June 18, 1996, to the present time, and upon default in such payments and the failure to cure said default within thirty (30) days after notice, the entire principal balance, accrued interest thereon, late charges, attorneys' fees and costs and all other sums due in connection with the Note and Mortgage are collectible forthwith. 9. Notice of default and demand for payment has been made in accordance with the terms of the Note and Mortgage. 10.
