The parties authorize the Executrix to reserve the sum or amount of $7,583.50 ("Reserve") for the payment of any remaining liabilities, costs, taxes, or other expenses or charges of the estate. Upon the discharge of all such items, the Reserve, without further accounting, shall be distributed equally between B. Welch and W. Wevodau. Such distribution shall also include any funds or property received by the Executrix subsequent to the date to which the Account is stated. Should any proper liabilitJ.es, costs, taxes, or other expenses or charges of the estate exceed the Reserve the legatees shall be jointly and severally liable for the payment of them. To the extent that any legatee receives any distribution or portion thereof to which the legatee is not properly entitled, such legatee shall refund such distribution or portion thereof to the Executrix or reimburse the Executrix therefor upon demand. 5. Except as specifically reserved herein, the parties do forever fully release, compromise, settle and discharge any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action, legal or equitable, absolute or contingent, vDsted or C,'J.
