(hereinafter referred to ;11. "CONTRACTOR"), and 5HIPPENSBURC AREA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "0WNER"). The
parties have antered into an agreement (herein "AGREEMENT") whereby
the CONTRACTOR undertook and agreed to do E ~ t!1t:,. m ic,lf- ~ o-t1/U~
work on the repair and/or renovation at a commercial building on
that certain lot ot ground owned by OWNER and situate in the
Borouqh ot Shippensburq, cumberland County, pennsylvania, more
particularly described in a certain Plan as Lot No.6-A, recorded
in cumberland County Plan Book 51, Page 145, which is incorporated
herein by reference, which property is known as 201 Dykeman Road,
Shippensburg, PA 17257.
'NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I
That the
CONTRACTOR, tor and in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to CONTRACTOR in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknow1edqed, and the further consideration mentioned in the
Aqreement betWeen the parties, for themselves and their
subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and agre. that no mechanic's 1iene or claims shall be
tiled or maintained by them or any of them against the buildings
and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto (as referred to above)
for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them
or any of them under the Agreement or otherwise, for, towards, in,
or about the erection and con~truction of the buildinq(s) on the
