STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

(hereinafter referred to OlIO IICONTR1\CTORII), and SHIPPENSBURG AREA
DEVElOPMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "OWNER"). The
parties have entered into an agreement (herein "AGREEMENT") whereby
the CONT~CTOR undertook and agreed to do ~~
work on the repair and/or renovation of a commercial building on
that certain lot ot qround owned by OWNER and situate in the
Borouqh of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, pennsylvania, 11I0re
particularly described in a certain Plan as Lot No.6-A, recorded
in cumberland County Plan Book 51, Page 145, which is incorporated
herein by reference, which property is known as 201 Dykeman Road,
Shippen.burq, PA 17257,
'NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I
That the
CONTRACTOR, for and in consideration of the sum of ($1,00) Dollar
to CONTRACTOR in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledqed, and the further consideration mentioned in the
Aqreement between the parties, for themselves and their
subcontraoton, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and aqre. that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any of thel1l against the buildings
and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto (as referred to above)
for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them
or any of thom under the Agreement or otherwise, for, towards, in,
or about the erection and con~truction of the building(s) on the
