(hereinafter referred to .11: IICONTRACTORII), and SHIPPENSBURG: AREA
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as "0WNER"). The
parties have entered into an agreement (herein "AGREEMENT") whereby

work on the repair and/or renovation of a commercial building on
that certain lot ot qround owned by OWNER and 6i tuate in the
Borough of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, PennSYlvania, more
particularly desoribed in a certain Plan as Lot No.6-A, recorded
in CUmberland County Plan Book 51, Page 145, which is incorporated
herein by reference, Which property is known as 201 Dykeman Road,
Shippensburq, PA 17257.
'NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I
That the
CONTRACTOR, for and 1n consideration of the sum of ($1,00) Dollar
to CONTRACTOR in hand paid by OWNER, the receipt whereot is hereby
aoknowledqed, and the further consideration mentioned in the
Aqreement between the parties, tor themselves and their
subcontraotot'a, and all parties acting through or under them,
covenant and aqre. that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be
filed or maintained by them or any ot them aqainl:t the buildings
and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto (as referred to above)
for or on account of any work done or materials furnished by them
or any ot thorn under the Agreement or otherwise, for, towards, in,
or about the erection and con~truction of the bUildinq(s) on the
