" MARGARET S. BOSLEn, of Cumberland Crossings, South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding, do make, publiSh and declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or
writings In the nature thereof, by me at lIny time heretofore made,
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
all my Just debts, funeral expenses, test9mentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: I give to MABY WOOD STUART my portrait of Mrs. Herman
Bosler.
THIRD: I give my Frederick Remington Bronco Buster Statue and my
sterling sliver chest marked Q,F.B. to my daughter, KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER, IN
TRUST NEVERTHELESS, for the use and benefit of my grandson, ADAM MICHAEL
WICKENHEISER, which statue and sliver chest shall be delivered to him by KATHRYN
G. WICKENHEISER, at such time as ha attains the age of 25 years.
In the event that my said grandson shall not attain the age of 25 years, I
give my Frederick Remington Bronco Buster Statue and my sterling sliver chest marked

a.F.B. to my daughter KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER, IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, for
her use and benefit during the term of her natural life, but without the power to dispose
of said assets. At the death of my daughter, KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER, I hereby
give and bequeath the aforesaid statue and chest to MARY WOOD STUART. In the
event that MARY WOOD S'ruART shall also have predeceased my daughter, I give and
bequeath the aforesaid statue and chest to the Cumberland County Historical Society.
FOURTH: I hereby give and bequeath my antique doll collection, antique
brass mantel clock and pair of quilts made In the 1920's by my grandmother, to my
daughter, KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER,IN TRUST NEVERTHELESS, for the use and
benefit of KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER, during the term of her naturalllle, but without
the power to dispose of said assets. Upon the death of my daughter, KATHRYN GRACE
BOSLER WICKENHEISER, the above named Items shall be distributed outright and
absolutely to my grandson, ADAM MICHAEL WICKENHEISER, who shall not dispose
of same prior to obtaining the age of 30 years.
In the event my grandson shall predecease my daughter, upon the death
of my deughter, I hereby give and bequEJath the above named Items of personal property
to GWYNN CARNALL ASHWORTH. In the event that the said GWYNN CARNALL
ASHWORTH shall have also predeceased her, I hereby give and bequeath the above
named Items of personal property to GEORGE H. CARNALL, III.

FIFTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, be It real, personal
or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and
bequoath to my daughter KATHRYN G. WICKENHEISER.
SIXTH: Each and every beneficiary hereunder or any trust created hereby
Is hereby restrained from and Is or shall be without right, power and authority to sell,
transfer, pledge, mortgage, hypothecate, alienate, anticipate or In any manner affect or
Impair his, her or their beneficial and legal rights, titles, Interests, claims and estates In
and to the Income or principal received hereunder or any trust created hereby, nor shall
the rights, titles, Interests and estates of any beneficiary hereunder or any trust created
hereby be subject to the rights or claims of creditors of any beneficiary nor subject nor
liable to any process of law or court, and all of the Income or principal hereunder or any
trust created hereby shall be transferrable, payable and deliverable only, solely,
exclusively and personally to the designated beneficiary hereunder or any trust created
hereby at the time entitled to take the same under the terms hereof or any trust created
hereby.
LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, KATHRYN G.
WICKENtiEISER, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event
that my said daughter shall predecease me, or be unable to act as Executrix of my estate
for any reason whatsoever, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson,
ADAM MICHAEL WICKENHEISER, to serve In her place and stead, provided he has
